Kate is a practicing herbalist, Ayurvedic health
consultant and flower essence practitioner who sees clients in Little Falls
and Utica, NY and offers health and healing workshops at Woodland Essence
Teaching Center at her home.
Over 15 years ago, Kate and her husband Don co-created a small family business, Woodland Essence , preparing forest botanicals and flower essences of the Northeast Woodlands. K
Kate is also a registered New York State Guide, bringing people out into wild places as she shares her love of nature, song and healing in canoe and backpacking trips, and the workshops she teaches throughout the Northeast.
